We appreciate your interest in our products and services and are glad you want to contact us.
The protection of your personal data (hereafter referred to as “data”) is very important to us. In the following, we would like to inform you about the data collected during your visit on our website and the use of our offers there, and how your data is processed or used by us hereafter, as well as our handling of communication via e-mail.
2. Collection and use of your data
a) Informational use
For the use of our website, generally it is not necessary that you provide personal data.
b) Use of offers
If you want to make use of services offered on our website, such as the download of documents, it is necessary that you provide additional data. These is the data required for the respective transaction, e.g. your e-mail address for sending the requested documents.
You can voluntarily provide further information; we mark them accordingly.
The collection or use of your data is for the purpose of providing the services you require, for example to send the requested documents and invite you to subscribe to the BeNeering newsletter. If you follow our invitation and subscribe to the newsletter, you can cancel your subscription anytime.
Your data will be saved on our servers with regard to the purposes named above and will be forwarded to carefully selected service providers: Newsletter2Go GmbH, Berlin.
To make sure we do not contact you again after cancelling your newsletter subscription, it is necessary that your e-mail address remains saved as an inactive contact.
c) E-mail communication
E-mail communication with persons or companies, with whom we are/were not in a business relationship (such as potential clients, external service providers, applicants), will be saved as required for up to 6 years or it will be deleted directly after handling the request. The collection and use of data brought to us in this way takes place with the purpose to fulfil the interest of the contacting party in a collaboration with BeNeering GmbH.
3. Use of cookies
For our website we use so-called session cookies (also referred to as temporary cookies). The purpose of these cookies is to identify your computer during a visit to our website.

With exception of the service provider named in section 2. b), the transfer or forwarding of your data to a third party will only take place if we are legally obliged to do so.
At anytime you have the right to request information about the personal data we have saved regarding your person. You can also demand the correction or deletion of this data. Please be aware, that due to legal obligations or other grounds of processing, a deletion cannot always take place immediately. 7. Contents
You are obliged to ensure that the information you transmit to BeNeering GmbH is true, does not violate any rights of third parties or public law regulations or morality (inadmissible contents), and does not contain any information from the processing of which BeNeering GmbH could incur damage.
8. Appeal against unsolicited advertising
We herewith expressly object to the use of the contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited advertising and information material. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of non-compliance with this contradiction.
