One-stop shop for suppliers

Supplier portal is part of BeNeering Digital Procurement. There are few different scenarios where suppliers collaboration is crucial.

  • Supplier self-services for catalog management: supplier can update catalogs themselves, and after procurement approval catalog become available to requestors
  • Supplier access to Sourcing cockpit:  suppliers get invited to sourcing events via mail and can provide their replies + communicate with the customer via supplier portal.
  • Service procurement collaboration: suppliers get service requests via portal, can confirm them and once the job is done, they can appload timesheets and other confirmation docs

DCF enables customers to customise their own views with the assignment to data objects

DCF can be linked to the navigation tiles on the Guided Buying home page

DCF supports various screen elements such as input fields, selection fields, search help against master data in SAP, date selection, attachment uploads and many others

DCF has built-in communication to the customer’s SAP backend, which is delivered with the BeNeering Cloud Adapter (BCA). Communication is secured by SOAP and the https protocol

DCF is built in angular technology and material design and supports responsive design for mobile use

DCF can be connected to 3rd party systems in ABAP via various protocols that are available on SAP NetWeaver

Purchasing forms

  • Dynamic tiles on the start page help requestor navigate to the product or service of their interest
  • Purchasing form enable requestor to determine specific requirements for product or service
  • Purchasing form can be linked to standard catalog entries to cover complex requests, like ordering complex services
  • Supports real-time search in SAP master data, e.g. search for suppliers in SAP
  • Supports customer business logic to cover specific customer processes both in BeNeering and SAP

Freetext forms

  • Used when the user requests free text articles for goods & services
  • Free text form is searchable in universal search engine
  • Configuration of fields to cover complex business requirements is supported
  • Supports real-time search in SAP master data, e.g. search for suppliers in SAP
  • Supports customer business logic to cover specific customer processes both in BeNeering and SAP

Product configuration

  • Catalog items with item relations, graduated prices and variant configurations
  • Variant configurations can have a surcharge on the pricing
  • Several items can be combined into bundles using different relations
