Supplier portal is part of BeNeering Digital Procurement:

  • Supplier self-services for catalog management: supplier can update catalogs themselves, and after procurement approval catalog become available to requestors
  • Supplier access to Sourcing cockpit:  suppliers get invited to sourcing events via mail and can provide their replies +communicate with the customer via supplier portal. 
  • Service procurement collaboration: suppliers get service requests via portal, can confirm them and once the job is done, they can upload timesheets and other confirmation docs

Supplier Portal — Features

The supplier portal is a cloud-based self-service portal for suppliers for: maintenance of organizational data, content upload and management, order confirmation and feedback, and participation in tenders.

Organizational data

  • Suppliers can register their organization using a self-service registration tool
  • Suppliers can manage as many users as necessary for the organization

Content management

  • Catalog management for buyers and suppliers to update catalog items and prices
  • Review and approval of catalog items by purchasing
  • Version history of catalog files and their price increases

Communication in Sourcing

  • Once the supplier has received an invitation to tender, they can submit a bid directly via the portal
  • The offer is structured according to customer requirements

Order collaboration

  • After receiving an order, suppliers can confirm it
  • To confirm the work performed, you can submit a performance record sheet or a timesheet
