BENEERING-SHAREFLEX integration
BeNeering integration with Shareflex Contract allows to expand your Guided Buying with the possibility for end users to generate requests based on contract call-offs – in a catalog-based intuitive user interface.
Prices can be fixed either by the contract for the call-off, or user has the option to specify the call-off requirement with manual pricing.
Example:
Purchasing negotiated an annual contract with industrial cleaning company for regular services. User is creating a contract call-off, asking for cleaning building A200.

Shareflex Contract is “converted” into mini-catalog on BeNeering Cloud: goods or services items, prices and other conditions.
End users can search for goods or services from catalog-based contracts and create shopping baskets.
Shopping basket can be transferred to ERP and PR/PO is created on ERP side.

Operational contract created in SAP: goods or services items, prices and other conditions.
End users can search for goods or services from catalog-based contracts and create shopping baskets.
Shopping basket can be transferred to ERP and PR/PO is created on ERP side.
Contract performance could be analysed via SAP Contract analytics.
