Christoph Moll

CEO

Christoph Moll founded BeNeering GmbH in 2007 with the aim of developing cloud-based solutions for globally active customers. In his expanded role as Chief Solution Architect, he continues to manage the technical design and further development of the BeNeering Cloud, which is enjoying steadily growing market acceptance.

Christoph Moll, born in 1974, graduated with a Master of Science in Information Engineering from City University London. He also holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund.

He began his professional career in 1999 at Hewlett Packard, where he worked in research and development. In this role, he was able to acquire a patent for search engine technology.

In 2001, he moved to SAP and took over the implementation of purchasing systems based on SAP SRM as Senior Solution Architect. Working with major international corporations, including leading DAX companies, he built up in-depth knowledge of business processes and designed their technical implementation.

Bartholomäus Maciag

Chief Technology Officer

Bartholomäus Maciag graduated with a Master of Science from Technische Universität Dortmund and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

After completing his studies, Bartholomäus Maciag worked for two years as an SAP consultant at IKOR Management- und Systemberatung GmbH. In 2016, he moved to Schenker AG, where he focussed on the technical management of the SAP development team. He continuously worked on several IT projects as a member of the project team and head of the development workstream, driving the implementation of installations and customisations of logistics-related tools, middleware and third-party frameworks, covering the full stack of SAP development – Warehouse Logistic ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA platform. He joined BeNeering in 2021 as Senior Development Architect and now holds the position of Chief Technology Officer.  He is responsible for project implementation and management and the further expansion and conception of the cloud. Bartholomäus Maciag is also responsible for connecting BeNeering partners and building their expertise in BeNeering solutions.

Natalia Parmenova

Chief Revenue Officer

Natalia Parmenova holds a Master’s degree in Economics from St.Petersburg State University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Prior to joining BeNeering, Natalia was with SAP from 2000 to 2018, where she held various customer-facing and management positions, from Global Account Director to Managing Director of SAP country organization. While leading these teams, she was based in several countries, including Germany, Switzerland and Russia. Since 2018, Natalia has held management and Board positions in enterprise software companies and digital solutions startups across Europe.

As Chief Revenue Officer and a member of the Management Board, Natalia leads the sales and marketing team, focusing on increasing market awareness, expanding our customer base, and further growing our partner ecosystem.

Martin Schmitz

Chief Experience Officer

As CXO, Martin Schmitz is responsible for the areas of Technical Support, Cloud Consulting, and Artificial Intelligence. His leadership style is characterized by customer focus, innovation, and reliability—values he also instills in his team.

Since joining BeNeering in 2014, Martin Schmitz has played a key role in the growth of both the BeNeering Cloud and the team. He supports our customers in the digitalization and automation of their procurement processes while also overseeing the integration of several thousand suppliers on the BeNeering platform.

Martin Schmitz studied Business Administration at Ruhr University Bochum and, before joining BeNeering, spent ten years as Managing Director and shareholder of an eCommerce GmbH.

Dr. Katrin Leistner

Manager Controlling & SaaS

Dr Katrin Leistner completed her degree in mathematics in 2008 as the best student of her year and obtained her doctorate in this subject at the University of Duisburg-Essen.

During her doctorate, she worked as a research assistant and first assistant to the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Duisburg-Essen. She was instrumental in shaping the role of the Faculty Manager.

Dr Katrin Leistner obtained a certificate as Solution Architect in the field of business process integration with mySAP ERP.

In 2018, she joined BeNeering as a management consultant. Since then, she has been primarily responsible for various administrative and organisational tasks and designing business and operational processes.

As Manager of Contracts and Controlling, Dr Katrin Leistner is now primarily responsible for Controlling and the conceptuation of our SaaS contracts, as well as further development in these management areas.

Michal Klemba

Co-founder and CEO BeNeering Poland Sp. z o.o. 

Michal Klemba, born in 1971, graduated from the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics and Computer Science at the University of Lodz in Poland in 1994, specialising in data processing and accounting. During his studies he was engaged in the research of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems. 

In 2011, together with Christoph Moll, he founded BeNeering Poland Sp. z o.o., a BeNeering subsidiary in Poland. The company specializes in expanding the cloud solution and providing interfaces to SAP customers. 

Michal Klemba is an expert in SAP MM and SAP SRM. For almost 20 years he worked on the holistic design of the implementation of purchasing processes for various industries and managed several full-cycle projects. He combines the professional and technical competence that comes with expertise in the management of logistics processes (purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, etc.) and in the technical area (business workflow certification, ABAP development, web design). 

As Business Services Senior SAP Solution Consultant, he advises on the conception and implementation of customer and business requirements and IT solutions based on SAP. At the same time, he supervises the development, integration and testing of the respective solutions.

Florian Mödder

Associate Partner & SAP Solution Architect

Florian Mödder is responsible for pre-sales and sales activities at BeNeering since 2010. As an SAP Solution Architect, he is consulting BeNeering customers and is responsible for solution design, implementation and project management.  

He holds a degree in business administration, specialising in procurement and logistics, electronic commerce and business informatics.    

He began his professional career at SAP in 2001, specialising in SAP Purchasing and Procurement Consulting. During his time at SAP, he developed into a Business Solution Architect in the Procurement division.   

In early 2008, he joined Capgemini Consulting as a Managing Consultant in the Supply Chain Management division. As part of the procurement team, he was responsible for processes and strategies in the area of purchasing and procurement.   

After two years, he decided to support Christoph Moll when he founded BeNeering and launched it as a consulting company.   

In 2012, Florian Mödder wrote the 2nd edition of the SAP Press book ‘SAP Supplier Relationship Management’.
