BeNeering third party integration

BeNeering is a digital procurement solution built on two complementary integration streams: a real-time SAP ERP integration and an open platform for 3rd-party tools orchestration.

BeNeering follows a holistic integration approach. All master and operational data maintained in the customer’s SAP ERP is consumed from SAP in real time. When data exists exclusively outside of SAP, BeNeering acts as an open platform for 3rd-party integration and orchestration, delivering a seamless user experience across systems. This dual approach ensures that procurement processes remain consistent, compliant and fully auditable, regardless of where the underlying data or workflow steps reside.

Process Extension

Adding 3rd-party steps into BeNeering processes, for example approvals, validations or compliance checks. Sourcing, finance, legal and other checks can be embedded in the intake or workflow process.

Data Exchange

Bi-directional data flow between BeNeering and external tools, supporting master data, transactional data and metadata.

BOM integration with construction management software
BeNeering Sourcing and Guided Buying used as cost calculation engine for construction BOMs with projects maintained in dedicated construction management software. Data exchanged for approval and project execution.
Integration with 3rd-party systems for workflow orchestration and authentication
Complete communication flow between BeNeering and customer internal systems for workflow management and data exchange. Includes adding external workflow steps/approvers to BeNeering workflow and central authentication via SAML.
Integration with customer service platform for vendor creation
BeNeering triggers supplier master data creation processes in the customer’s internal service platform.
Integration with sourcing platforms
Connection to external sourcing platforms with proprietary API structures.
Support of scanner-based replenishment process
BeNeering supports scanner-based replenishment processes in operational procurement through receiving the scanner-generated data.
