As the year draws to a close, Christmas is just around the corner. It’s time to take a moment to reflect on 2023.
Once again, we’ve demonstrated a keen understanding of our customers’ needs: Last year, one-third of our customers transitioned to the new Guided Buying and MyCart. The positive feedback indicates that our product strategy is well-received.
Additionally, the BeNeering team has developed a new module for Service Procurement, allowing suppliers to record their services online. We’ve received excellent feedback from users here as well. Another highlight was the successful launch of the new portal for Catalog Management and Sourcing.
These smart, forward-thinking developments are only achievable with a wealth of expertise and the necessary manpower. The BeNeering family is delighted to welcome more “additions” to the team: Last year, our team grew by 30 percent. Another reason to look for larger premises. And we found the perfect fit right in the heart of #Bottrop: The new #BauknechtQuartier.
Especially after the pandemic, we were thrilled to welcome customers and partners back “analog” to our new premises above the city, to personally exchange ideas and tackle new topics.
